These terms apply when you use this website, engage Veyon Labs for a project, or use Onehostbox, the hosting platform we build and run.
1. Who we are
Veyon Labs is a sole proprietorship registered in India, previously trading as Galaxy Infoways. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Veyon Labs, and "you" means the person or organisation using our website, services or products.

2. What we offer
- Client services. Design and development of web and mobile software, cloud and DevOps work, AI integration and related consulting.
- Onehostbox. A platform at onehostbox.com that builds, deploys and hosts websites from a Git repository, and can generate a site from a written description using AI.
3. Client projects
Every client project is covered by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and payment schedule. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies. Unless the agreement says otherwise:
- Fees are quoted before work starts and invoiced against the milestones in the proposal.
- Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue.
- Once you have paid in full, you own the code and designs we produce for you, except for open-source components and our own pre-existing tools, which we license to you for use in the project.
- We may mention you as a client and describe the work in general terms, unless you ask us not to.
4. Onehostbox accounts
- You need an account to use Onehostbox. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- When you connect GitHub, you allow Onehostbox to list your repositories, clone the ones you choose, and register webhooks so pushes can trigger deploys. You can revoke this at any time from your GitHub settings.
- You are responsible for the content you deploy and for having the rights to it. Content generated with the AI builder is yours to use once published, but review it before you rely on it.
- You can delete a site or your whole account at any time. Deleting your account removes your sites and deploy history, and your live sites stop being served.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our services or Onehostbox to host or distribute anything that is illegal in India or where you operate, including malware, phishing pages, content that infringes someone else's rights, or material that sexually exploits children. You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, access other users' data, or use it to send spam. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, and where the law requires, report it.
6. Fees and payment
Onehostbox is free to start. Where a paid plan or service applies, its price and billing period are shown before you pay. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep Onehostbox available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
8. Liability
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paying customers, we will notify them by email before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
