How to cancel, when you can get a refund, and how long refunds take — for Onehostbox and for client projects.
1. Onehostbox
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid Onehostbox plan at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@veyonlabs.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free tier or, if you choose, is deleted.
Refunds
- New subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable, and we do not refund partly used billing periods. We email a reminder before each annual renewal.
- Errors: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Service problems: if Onehostbox was unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the affected time.
2. Client projects
Project payments follow the schedule in your proposal or agreement, which takes priority over this section. Unless it says otherwise:
- Discovery sprints are paid upfront and are not refundable once the sprint has started. The fee is credited against the build if you continue with us.
- Milestone payments are not refundable for work that has been delivered.
- Cancelling a project: either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we refund any advance paid for work not yet started.
- Third-party costs we buy on your behalf with your approval, such as software licences, domains or app store fees, are not refundable by us.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@veyonlabs.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We confirm whether the refund is approved within 2 business days.
4. How long refunds take
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start the refund within 2 business days of approval; it usually reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Delivery of services
We do not ship physical goods. Onehostbox is delivered online: paid features are available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Client project work is delivered digitally, through code repositories, staging links and shared files, on the timeline set out in your proposal.
