This policy explains what personal data Veyon Labs collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible for your data

We process personal data in line with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email, company, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- When you use Onehostbox: your email address and password (stored hashed), or your GitHub account details if you sign in with GitHub, including your username and profile picture; the repositories you connect; your site settings and environment variables; and deploy logs and history.
- When you pay: your billing name, address and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
- When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
This website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver the projects you hire us for.
- To run Onehostbox: building and deploying your sites, issuing HTTPS certificates for your domains, and sending account emails such as verification and password reset.
- To take payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep our services secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloud hosting and content delivery, including Amazon Web Services, which serve Onehostbox sites.
- GitHub, when you choose to connect your account.
- Payment providers such as Stripe, to process payments.
- Email delivery providers, for account and transactional email.
- Let's Encrypt, to issue HTTPS certificates for your domains.
Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your Onehostbox account, we delete your sites, deploy history and account data, except records we must keep for tax and legal reasons, which we keep for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within two years.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to production systems. Environment variables you set in Onehostbox are never shown in deploy logs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. You can delete your Onehostbox account yourself at any time from your account settings. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer, the proprietor of Veyon Labs, at hello@veyonlabs.com or at the address above. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email Onehostbox users about significant changes.
