We build the
software your
business actually runs on
Veyon Labs is a small, senior product studio. We design and ship web platforms and mobile apps end to end — strategy, interface, engineering, launch.
Product strategy, interface design, web and mobile engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI integration.
Discovery sprints, fixed-scope builds, and embedded teams on a rolling monthly basis.
Six weeks to something real in production. Senior-only team, no hand-offs, no account layer.
We ship our own software too
Alongside client projects we build and run Onehostbox — an AI code and hosting platform that works directly from Git. Running a production service of our own keeps us honest about the things that are easy to specify and hard to operate.
Onehostbox
AI-assisted code and production hosting in one platform, working straight from a Git repository.

One team for the whole build
Most agencies hand you off — sales to design to a junior developer you've never met. The people who scope your project here are the people who write the code.
Web development
Marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, customer portals and internal tools — built to be fast, accessible and genuinely maintainable.
- Next.js & React applications
- Headless CMS and e-commerce
- API and third-party integration
Mobile apps
iOS and Android from one codebase where that's the right call, native where it isn't. Shipped to the stores, not just to a demo.
- React Native & Flutter
- Offline-first and realtime sync
- App Store & Play Store release
Product & design
Turning a rough idea into something specific enough to build. Research, flows, interface design and a system you can grow with.
- Discovery & product strategy
- UX flows and prototypes
- Design systems in Figma
Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure that doesn't wake you at 3am. Sensible defaults, real monitoring, deploys that take a minute rather than an afternoon.
- AWS & Vercel architecture
- CI/CD pipelines and IaC
- Observability and cost control
AI integration
LLM features that solve a real problem in your product — search, extraction, assistants — with evaluation and guardrails built in.
- RAG & semantic search
- Workflow automation agents
- Evals, tracing and cost limits
Audit & rescue
Inherited a codebase that's slowing you down? We audit it, stabilise it, and give you an honest plan — refactor or rewrite.
- Technical due diligence
- Performance & security audits
- Incremental migration
A process built to remove surprises
You always know what's being built this week, what it costs, and what's left. Every engagement runs the same four stages.
Scope & shape
A paid discovery sprint where we pin the problem down: user flows, technical constraints, the smallest version worth shipping. You leave with a spec, an architecture and a fixed quote — whether or not you build it with us.
Design in the open
Flows and interface design reviewed with you twice a week. We design against real data and real edge cases, not three happy-path screens.
Build in two-week slices
Working software in a staging environment from week one. Every fortnight: a demo, a deployed build you can click through, and an honest burn-down of what's left.
Launch & hand over
Release, monitoring, documentation and a walkthrough for your team. Then we step back, or stay on retainer. Your code, your repos, your accounts — always.
The things clients ask first
01 What does a project typically cost?
Most first releases land between $25k and $90k depending on scope. Discovery sprints start at $4k and are credited against the build if you continue with us. We'll give you a number before you commit to anything — we don't do open-ended hourly billing unless you specifically want it.
02 How fast can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks. Discovery can often begin sooner, since it runs with a smaller team.
03 Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. We build in your GitHub organisation and your cloud accounts wherever possible, so there's never a handover hostage situation.
04 Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. In that case we act as your technical partner — making architecture calls, explaining trade-offs in plain language, and flagging the decisions that are genuinely yours to make.
05 Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a paid audit: what's solid, what's risky, what it would cost to fix versus replace. You get that assessment in writing whether or not you hire us for the work.
Tell us what you're working on. You'll get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost within one business day — including if we're not the right studio for it.
